Leadership Skilling
While leadership skilling is a business imperative, what constitutes leadership in this volatile world is also ever-changing. Leadership skilling becomes even more complex because the ‘ask’ from leaders is increasing – they are expected to contribute to business growth while acting as coaches and building resilience in teams!
SDF has worked with numerous organizations to develop their leaders, equipping them with the required mindsets and also building high-performing leadership behaviours.
Our team members continuously work with Top Teams and work as facilitators for Harvard and Stanford in India and the Middle East.
We co-create leadership development plans, ensuring all programs have an intensive follow-up for the transfer and sustenance of learning.
- Immersion: Before designing any Leadership Development Journey, we immerse ourselves in the organization’s context through a Diagnostic study to understand the organization’s strategic orientation, its people and the current challenges (this includes a deep dive into documents, one on one dialogues and focus group discussions).
- Assessments: We then assess behaviours through various assessments to understand the “As-Is” state and determine the gaps.
- Design & Delivery: Based on the Immersion and Gap Analysis, we co-create a customized and experiential leadership skilling intervention comprising Prework (to impart knowledge), Workshop (to practice concepts and frameworks) & Post-work (to apply the learnings at the workplace)
- Sustenance: Post the skilling intervention, we implement 30-60-90 days review and governance mechanisms to ensure the transfer and sustenance of learning through Action Learning Programs and Peer Coaching.
