Dr. Praneet Kumar
Dr. Praneet Kumar is a senior healthcare professional with over four decades of experience across Business Management, Corporate Strategy & Organization Development with some of the leading names in the healthcare Industry. He has held leadership positions at Fortis, Radiant Life care and the NABH. He is now, an independent healthcare consultant & advisor to various start-ups, private equity and healthcare businesses. As part of Executive Access’s Life sciences’ advisory council, Dr. Kumar actively works with clients and candidates in the Indian healthcare services industry to advise them on talent needs.
Raman Venkatachalam
Raman Venkatachalam is a Chemical Technologist MBA of the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies with more than 35 years of experience in the Pharmaceuticals industry. He has experience working across different functions from R&D, Production, Projects, and Operations and in the last 20 years he has worked as a profit center head. During his flourishing career he has worked in global MNCs such as Micro Labs, Piramal Enterprises, Lupin, Seydel, Ajanta, Cipla and Rallis in both India & abroad. He now advises Pharma, OTC & consumer companies on a various range of subjects including but not limited to business & production planning, documentation for US FDA, MCA UK and EU DMF approvals, overall business modeling, audits, strategic business alliances & agreements.
Ram Sharma
Ram brings over three decades of years of experience with both large MNC’s and Indian Entrepreneurial companies as a MD & CEO. He has Hired, mentored and developed several world class leaders over his last 20 years. He also launched HR & Strategy Consulting Company in 2018 which provides strategic consulting and advisory services to Pharma & Medical device companies. He is on the Advisory Board of STCH Integrated Marketing and also an Advisor with Wadhwani Foundation. He has held several leadership roles across Marketing, Sales, Business Planning and Sales Operations with companies such as Meril Life Sciences, Becton Dickinson & 3M with roles ranging across Asia Pacific, Middle East /Africa & Europe.
Sidhartha Roy
Sidhartha is a General management professional with a successful 35 years of managing businesses and teams across India and all its neighboring countries. He has been passionate about Marketing and Sales, having been in lead roles in these functions for over two decades with global organizations such as Roche Diagnostics, Novartis, Pfizer and Parke-Davis. In 2018, Sidhartha Co-founded a healthcare start up that deals with Pharmaceuticals, Rapid Diagnostics and OTC.
